My 31-year career with WTW has spanned two countries (the U.S. and Canada), two states (Oregon and Illinois) and one district (District of Columbia). I have enjoyed all the roles I’ve had over the years, but my current role as a benefits outsourcing project manager is by far my favorite. In collaboration with our pension outsourcing administration and service center teams, we deliver high-quality services to ensure client satisfaction.

In my project manager role, I ensure the technology we use to support our clients in administering their pension plans is accurate and current. Our technology solution also offers an employee-facing retirement planning tool that calculates their estimated pension benefits specific to their plan rules and so much more. This robust tool enables them to make informed retirement planning decisions, which is so important as they move into their golden years.

I am proud of what WTW does to support our clients’ business objectives and my contributions to it.
