I started with WTW three years ago as a part of a pilot team for pension outsourcing. Since then, our team has grown in numbers and experience. As a pension outsourcing subject matter expert, my tasks vary and can include resolving questions from our team, tracking incoming volumes, suggesting process improvements, reviewing timelines, and doing internal audits.

I am encouraged by our leadership team and am so thankful for the positive company culture we have. We are able to access and benefit from great training; if there is something that someone on the team is interested in, he or she can learn and grow. Our team works hard and looks for opportunities to improve so that we can provide excellent service for the employees we serve. I strive to add value to each task and aim to go above and beyond what is required.
