I am accountable for managing and enhancing outsourcing client relationships and serving as strategic advisor to clients on outsourcing issues. At a basic level, I help clients figure out and articulate their needs so that they can go back to their leadership teams or decision makers with the knowledge of what their ask is. I also work with our teams to configure, test, and deliver client-branded self-service websites. My goal is to deliver a website that is easy to navigate and has the right level of detail. I’m also a resource for our service centers to ensure we convey accurate information with empathy and professionalism, and that we reduce case resolution time through detailed analytics and collaboration across our teams.

I have been around benefits administration for more than 40 years, since just before the addition of section 125 to the IRS code. I remember when benefits were “simple,” meaning you had no choice: You got the one thing your employer provided. Helping people understand the myriad of choices that exist today through a user-friendly presentation of information is one of my biggest motivators.
