My grandfather taught me that it’s important to like what you do and to put people first. I’m truly passionate about what I do and the affect it has on others. I wear many hats within the organization; some of my responsibilities include being a technical reviewer, trainer, and payment lead. I am also a coach and mentor, a member of WTW’s recruiting team and a leader in the initiative for racial equity by serving as an inclusion and diversity representative.

My role in the service center allows me to interact with employees and retirees to communicate accurate information. This support helps build and maintain a high level of trust in our participants, who are looking to us for answers and guidance. And it gives our clients peace of mind knowing that we live our core values.
