Molly Montgomery, Benefits Accounts Manager

I work with our clients on putting their spending accounts (e.g., HSA, FSA, HRA, commuter) in place. I support clients from the implementation phase to ongoing management of their accounts. I’m also responsible for consulting on recent legislative updates and reviewing potential downstream impacts of plan changes. In addition, I review participant-level escalations, reconciliation reports, quarterly scorecards, and service-level agreement data to ensure the health of all accounts. 

I am the youngest of seven children, so from an early age, I learned the value of teamwork. Today, I use this skill in my work with internal WTW teams, as well as on client consulting teams, to collectively come up with the right recommendations for our clients and their participants. As a team, we consistently review updates and plan design changes to ensure all pieces of the whole work well together.
