Jess Lambert, Product Manager

As a product manager in Benefits Accounts, my job is to understand the core elements of our business and apply that knowledge to evaluate new products and features so we can determine which enhancements will deliver the most value to clients and participants.

I’ve been with the company for almost a decade and have worn many different hats. I began as a service center representative working daily with participants, then worked in client services, where I learned a lot about what organizations need to be successful. Now I work in product management, where I focus on delivering our technology to our clients and their participants. I’m really able to use the experiences I’ve had to make a meaningful impact. One of my recent projects was a mobile app refresh that implemented changes to create a more engaging user experience. From the evaluation process through launch, so many colleagues worked together as one team to take our technology to the next level.

Each position I’ve held has taught me more about how we work together to improve our customers’ lives. That’s what’s motivating, that we’re able to provide technologies that our customers appreciate and create an experience that makes employees’ and retirees’ lives easier.
