My responsibilities vary on a day-to-day basis. You can usually find me doing calculations and payments for one of our large clients. When I’m not doing that, I’m working on onboarding trainings for new hires and interns across the U.S. I’ve been coordinating the National Onboarding Training since last year and really enjoy welcoming our talented new hires and being the face of the company for their first days on the team.

I really enjoy my job, as it gives me so many opportunities for impact and to reach others both externally and internally. At WTW, when you do a good thing it does not go unnoticed; if you try to do your best, you will succeed here. That gives me a lot of motivation to strive for excellence and quality in all of my efforts to provide exceptional service to pension participants.
