My goal is to make sure participants are confident in our services and that their experience with the COBRA process is as smooth as possible. A large part of what I do as a developer in the COBRA group is to keep the system secure through testing protocols. Another one of my responsibilities is to make sure that participants always have a user-friendly experience, and they can access their information anytime they need to. I enjoy working with my team, and I am inspired every day by the satisfaction I get from supporting our clients and their participants.
