I work with our governance and client teams to ensure we’re following standard practices and compliance protocols. I also help implement new efficiencies and functionality, and help lead our early career development through college recruitment and professional training programs.   

When I started in the benefits administration industry more than 18 years ago, I didn’t realize how impactful our work was to individuals. Early on in my career, I learned the importance of ensuring that our clients’ participants always have access to their benefits and pension payments.

At the end of last year, I had a personal experience that brought home how important our work at WTW is. I was preparing for a surgical procedure when my doctor’s office called to tell me my insurance company didn’t have a record of coverage for me. I called our service center and, through the good work of my colleagues, I soon learned that the insurance company needed to update its records. My WTW colleagues got the issue resolved quickly, sending my information to the insurance company so it would approve the surgery. I am very thankful to our team that they made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with.
